What happens to those cases that are not completed? • Is it because the individual is not available? • Unable to be reached by BIN Liaison (e.g., individual does not follow through—AWOL)? • VRS case is closed prior to BIN services being completed? • Provider agencies have not followed through with authorization within 90 days? Follow up calls with BIN Liaisons—all three situations occur. • What happens next? • Are authorizations cancelled? • Are authorizations extended?
