  2. Example # 1: Carl has an orchard cotaining 24 apple trees, 20 peach trees, 16 cherry trees, 12 apricot trees, and 8 plum trees. Represent Carl’s data using a circle graph. Step 1: Find the total # of trees.__________________ Step 2: Fill in the chart. 80 20 20/ 80= 25% (.25)(360) = 90° 16 16/ 80= 20% (.20)(360) = 72° 12 12/ 80= 15% (.15)(360) = 54° 8 8/ 80= 10% (.10)(360) = 36°

  3. Plum and Apricot add up to 90°. Apple and Cherry add up to 180°. Cherry 20% Peach 25% Plum 10% Apple 30% Apricot 15%
