  1. 明愛出色義工獎勵計劃

  2. 目的 嘉許義工對社區的貢獻，維繫義工持久的工作熱誠，鼓勵義工積極參與服務社群。

  3. 獎勵模式 「明愛出色義工獎」 根據義工參與時數及年資， 每年服務時數三十小時以上， 頒發不同「出色」Outstanding義工獎章： 藍 橙 綠 紫 紅 黃 青 銀星 金 紅 銀 金

  4. 紅 章 評選準則 全年服務時數三十小時以上， 首年可獲頒「紅」章。

  5. 橙 章 有兩年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「橙」章。

  6. 黃 章 有三年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「黃」章。

  7. 綠 章 有四年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「綠」章。

  8. 青 章 有五年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「青」章。

  9. 藍 章 有六年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「藍」章。

  10. 紫 章 有七年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「紫」章。

  11. 銀 章 有八年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「銀」章。

  12. 銀星章 有九年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「銀星」章。

  13. 金 章 有十年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「金」章。

  14. 金紅章 有十一年義工服務年資， 可獲頒「金紅」章。

  15. 組 別 設「青少年」組及「社區」組。 青少年組包括兒童，少年，青年義工； 社區組包括婦女，成人義工。 每年由單位評選及推薦合資格義工， 由中央頒予獎章。

  16. 傑出表現獎 每年除頒發出色獎章外，另特設「傑出表現獎」， 頒發予該年有傑出或特別貢獻表現的義工，而該義工必須有最少兩年服務年資。 「傑出表現獎」設青少年組及社區組： 「青少年組」包括兒童，少年，青年義工； 「社區組」包括婦女，成人義工。 各單位負責自行評選出特別貢獻的義工，每單位於青少年組別及社區組別 各推薦不超過三名傑出義工，由中央頒予「傑出表現獎」。

  17. 「傑出表現獎」獎勵 獲獎傑出義工， 將獲邀報名參加內地服務交流計劃或其他獎勵。
