  15. Spine Braces • Worn until skeletal maturity (adult height) is reached • Goal is final curve of < 40 degrees • Always some spring back once out of the brace

  16. Scoliosis Surgery

  17. Spine Surgery • Appears to be rarely necessary in Stickler syndrome for scoliosis • We have no data for how well other spine surgeries perform in our patients
