Writing a Modeling Report • Team up with two classmate • Find and study related articles such as: • Modeling of TypeII IR Detectros at very long wavelength. • Generation-Recombination modeling of TypeII system • Quantum efficiency modeling of Type II system • Dark Current Modeling in Type II IR photodetector • Modeling of residual doping of Type II superlattice at different growth temperature • Write a report of a few pages including: • Abstract, Introduction, Theoretical method, analyzing the results, Conclusion, References. • Due date is one month from today.
