  4. What does its habitat look like? • Coastal areas , including grassy ,beach dunes , dry and wet forests • Farmed areas such as cane fields

  5. How does it prey on other animals? • Uses tongue to sense prey • Very quickly bites its prey and backs off

  6. What does it eat? • Small rats , mice , bandicoots , birds

  7. Who are its enemies? • Feral cats , dogs • humans

  8. How are its babies born? • 7 to 20 eggs , 10 to 14 weeks to hatch

  9. Interesting Facts • It has a enough venom to kill 12,000 guinea pigs
