  8. Custom Clearance • In order to avoid any delay in clearing exhibition cargo, an exhibitor should arrange to dispatch all consignments at the earliest time possible. The original set of documents is to be sent to the Group22 Company. • All invoices must be prepared in English and must clearly indicate the following information: • Invoice Number • Invoice date • Unit Price • Total Price • Gross & net weight of each package • Total gross weight • Total value of shipment and its currency • Total number of packages • Manufacturer's name & address in full form (abbreviations are not accepted) • Country of origin • Terms of payment & delivery e.g. (Exworks, FOB, C+F, CIF) • Purchase order reference and L.C. number if applicable • All shipments imported into Kuwait will be subjected to a 5% customs duty on CIF Value.
