The Mission of TSA • Memorialize General Carl A. “Tooey” Spaatz • Preserve the high standards of the Spaatz Award • Instill in America’s youth a devotion to integrity, leadership, professionalism, and public service • Harness the collective contributions of past Spaatz Award recipients to make today’s cadet program the finest youth program in America • Provide a fraternal organization for Spaatz Award recipients

The Spaatz Association Aerospace Leadership Scholarship (ALS) • Our flagship program • Promotes enduring Aerospace Leadership through continued general aviation flight instruction • An annual $2,500 scholarship to bridge the gap between a cadet’s first solo and the FAA private pilot certificate
