Business “Soft Skills”Training Centers Project Proposal • To conduct a 16 week Training Center Skills program to prepare 8 to 10 young Emirati women to set up and operate a Business “Soft Skills” Training Company. • To oversee, with an Emirati female assistant, the operation of that Center for the 8 months following the training program. By creating their own Training Center, our young entrepreneurs will bring a passion and a focus to the program. They will be totally engaged in the birth of their business. Business “Soft Skills”Training Centers Key Requirement: To hire a mature, enthusiastic, Arabic/English speaking, educated Emirati woman to be Training and Management Assistant to the Program Director. • Interview and select candidates • Provide Arabic translation during the program • Supervise the Center’s operation for one year Business Skills Coaching: Improving Performance and Confidence
