This study investigates the effects of Jet Energy Scale (JES) uncertainty on jet properties in exclusive one-jet events. We analyze jets with transverse momentum (pT) greater than 30 GeV and pseudorapidity (|η|) less than 2.4, focusing on their relationship with Z boson events with pT greater than 40 GeV. We calculate the rapidity (Y) of both jets and Z, analyzing the sums and differences between them. Results demonstrate the jet energy resolution and the variation in rapidity differences under JES uncertainty, contributing to our understanding of jet behavior in high-energy physics.
