Avoid the Momentum Killers • Delaying class registration or attendance • Sending recruit to pre-licensing with no understanding of process • Assuming studying isn’t necessary before, during and after class • Taking class out of sequence • Not taking the initial certification exam as scheduled • Waiting longer than 10 days after certification to take the provincial exam • Not following your personalized study plan • Failing to log in and become familiar with POL • Waiting to experience field training
