Revision left otosclerosis (same surgeon) in 2010: eroded incus, Ossiculoplasty with TORP (malleus-to-stapedotomy procedure). Good initial result over 2 years followed by recurrent ABG. Right progressive ABG. Surgical decision: right primary surgery first and left second revision 1 year later. Otoscopy: normal R. Vincent. Case 1 - Otosclerosis Primary Surgery
