  19. 新創公司 -於台灣登記設立之IC設計相關業者 -成立三年以內 共同研發 -於台灣登記設立之IC設計相關業者或系統業者 -欲與工研院晶片中心或南港IC設計育成中心進駐廠商共同合作之機構 由育成中心先行預審 安排進駐審查會 提送計畫書 結案 通過 服務對象 • 申請資格/進駐年限 -進駐年限為3年，得延展2年 -進駐年限視計畫書或合作契約期間為原則 ＊須通過評審委員會審核通過，始可成為育成中心會員 • 申請流程

  20. 服務對象(continue) • 申請應備文件 申請進駐規劃計畫書/簡報一份，內容包含： • 進駐公司基本資料及現況簡介 • 技術產品方面：IC相關技術或產品的創新性與價值性 • 經營團隊方面：公司主要經營幹部學經歷描述 • 財務規劃方面：三年內損益、現金流量、資產負債等相 關分析及未來市場銷售規劃 • 其他綜合考評：如EDA環構使用考評、 SWOT分析等

  21. 服務項目 • 設計自動化運算中心－一般服務項目 • 網路 • 提供一台L2 Switch：24 ports 10/100Base + • 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports • 光纖線路已佈建測試完成至辦公室位置 • 各公司配置專有VLAN，確保資料流之安全 • 防火牆進出管制  • 主機 • 提供半櫃機櫃空間放置伺服器 • 儲存 • 提供50GB儲存容量，採用RAID 架構 ＊進駐育成中心廠商可免費使用本服務
