  5. Clicking on JMix brings up this screen Type your title here Type in a sentence. Put each word of the sentence on a new line

  6. Click this icon to save as a master file. You can open this file and edit your quiz whenever you like

  7. Click this icon to create a Hot Pot version 6 WebPage - the form in which the student will see your quiz. (Choose version 5 if you are using version 5 of the browser)

  8. The WebPage is an .htm file. Name the .htm – it’s a good idea to give it the same name as the master file so that you can tell later which WebPage belongs to which master file

  12. A message box repeats the sentence in the order that you chose and tells you whether or not you’re right

  13. Click OK, Restart and then try again until it’s right

  14. Clicking on this icon creates a drag and drop version of the WebPage

  15. You may want to alter the name so that it’s distinguishable from the first WebPage you created

  16. Drag and drop the words into the order you think is correct. Then click Check as before.
