METHODOLOGY AND CHOICE OF FACILITIES Charing Cross and Joensuu hospitals District hospitals, About 1500 employees, Respiratory departments Gwent, Respiratory department for a benchmark + diabetes Sample: Joensuu: 51 h during 8 days, 3 different doctors + nurse + secretary Charing Cross: 45 h during 6 days, HO, SHO, SpR, Consultant Gwent: 62 h during 14 days, HO, SHO, SpR, Consultant, Ward Clerk Interviews Time and motion by the second => One week snapshot
