Please call the office to find out the date and time. The class is $20 and covers a wide variety of topics ranging from meal/menu planning, dining out, basic nutrition concepts, developing a workout plan, etc. The relaxed session consists of a personal weigh in, a nutrition education lesson, and group discussion on strategies to achieve individually desired goals.
