  1. Drill Bench Accident Scene No. 98 Pit Twenty-eight (28) feet Upslope Drill The victims were located under the rear of the drill after impact. The victims were marking the next hole to be drilled. Outslope Rear of Truck The pickup truck came to rest against the drill cab with the door sprung open. The slope angle was 18.5% and was 136 feet from the crest of the hill to the drill. Twenty-nine (29) Feet Drill holes Approximate location of the pickup truck parked with the door open, lights on and the engine running.
