This project aimed to introduce a new ageing module, addressing societal challenges and involving postgraduate and undergraduate students from various faculties. The development process included analysis of student learning needs, curriculum drafting, and focus group discussions. Results showed strong student interest, with a focus on health and biology of ageing. Older people's input was crucial in shaping the module, emphasizing contact with them. Ongoing involvement includes lectures, seminars, peer mentors, and more.

Questionnaire Results • Keen interest in health and biology of ageing and ageing around the world. • 78% of students wanted lecture based learning. • Disappointed with the small amount of people who saw contact with older people as a reason to do module. • Happy with large amounts of people wanting to be involved with our pilot module.
