    • Fishermen meet to discuss the pollution of the Hudson River
    • Bob Boyle suggests the use of existing laws to stop violations
      • Rivers and Harbors act of 1888
      • Refuse Act of 1899
    • Created the Hudson River Fishermen’s Association (HRFA).
