Strategic Planning – it’s time to update the plan: It takes as much energy to wish as it does to plan. -Eleanor Roosevelt Step 1: Management Review – Oct 1 – Nov 30th Step 2: AASA Board of Directors Review Dec 1 – Jan 30th Step 3: Consultation with North/South Zone Chairs and ASCC, Feb 1 – April 15 New 3-year plan to be published June 1, 2014

Leveraging Alberta Alpine’s Purchasing Power – a pilot project • AASA members have massive purchasing power As such, we partnered with HelsmBriscoeto source block bookings in the communities that we’ll be hosting events; • All properties will offer wax room facilities, with many offering breakfast as well; • Banff and Panorama are not included.
