  2. WeM 美容管理系統是透過互聯網進行操作的系統。 以微軟Internet Explorer進行操作，授權用户輸入用户名稱及密碼便可進入操作介面。

  6. 設定適用之會員資料欄 標記後的空格其會員資料將顯示於所屬的介面。 沒標記的空格其會員資料將被隱藏於所屬的介面。 加入新會員 – 會員記錄 : 會員管理 > 加入新會員 加入新會員 – 發票 : 收銀處 > 加入新會員 詳情 – 會員記錄 : 會員管理 > 會員搜尋 詳情 – 發票 : 收銀處 > 會員搜尋

  7. 設置輸入管制以確保輸入資料正確無誤

  8. 新增會員資料欄 • 設定形式 : • 文字方塊 – 輸入文字於方塊內; • 核取方塊 – 以標記方塊形式作選取, 可供多樣選擇; • 選項按鈕 – 以標記按鈕形式作選取, 只作單一選擇

  10. 阻止新增重複會員功能

  11. 資料核對點 (附註**) 包括 • 會員編號; • 身分證號碼; • 電話號碼 及 • 電郵地址 • 會員號碼可由系統自動編定或由使用者自行輸入
