  2. What We’re Learning this Week! Reading Story: Penguin Chick Genre: Non-Fiction Language Arts: What is an Adjective? Math: Place Value up to 999 Science: The Water Cycle Social Studies: Natural and manmade items in our Enviornment. • Classroom News • -Please remember our school dress code policy. • -Tutorials are mandatory, please have your child attend on their designated days. Failure to appear will result in DPS. • Monday- Reading Tuesday- Math LUNCH MENU TBA • Reminders from • Mrs. Salas & Mrs. Gloria • On free dress days students can not wear ugg boots or high boots over the jeans. The only boot that can be worn are the western boots and the pants have to go over the pants. In addition, the shoe colors also have to be black, brown, blue, white, or red on these days as well. • 5 tardies will result in Saturday detention • 10 DPS will result in Thursday detention • DPS or failing grades will result in students being placed on probation from extracurricular activities and clubs • Shirts need to be tucked at all times • No hoodies allowed on campus
