  25. 2012 Land Use Plan Update ISSUES Economic Development: • Too few destinations – retail, eating places • Undeveloped potential for JEDD development: large amount of space that could attract high quality development such as the Cleveland Clinic • Need to maximize/market highway access along Stearns Road • What does it take to attract businesses in terms of traffic counts and population?
