  8. Assigning User Roles Who should perform which role? • User – Role matrix • Will determine training plan • Required for system setup

Assigning User Roles • One User Role should be assigned to more than one Staff for backup purpose. • If a Staff is on long leave, the other should have that role to cover his/her duty. • One Staff may have more than one User Roles • A teacher can be a Class Teacher and Subject Teacher and CCA Teacher and School Cashier.
