  2. CASE 1 ANSWER FNA Dx: Cystic lesion, suspicious for papillary ca Thyroidectomy: Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma, oxyphilic type

  3. CASE 2 ANSWER FNA DX: Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma Nephrectomy: Renal Cell Carcinoma, mixed clear and granular cell types, Fuhrman Grade III, multifocal

  4. CASE 3 ANSWER BAL Dx: Acute Inflammation Infectious Process,Nocardia spp. (negative for AFB, PCP)

  5. CASE 4 ANSWER Cx Cytology: AGUS, Carcinoma not excluded Hysterectomy: Adenocarcinoma, endometrioid type with focal squamous differentiation, FIGO II arising in an endometrial polyp without myometrial invasion Endometrial Biopsy: Endometrioid carcinoma, FIGO II

  6. CASE 5 ANSWER FNA Dx: Malignant cells present consistent with adenosquamous carcinoma Patient lost to follow up.

  7. CASE 6 ANSWER FNA Dx: Rosai-Dorfman’s Dz(Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy) Lymph Node Biopsy Dx: Rosai-Dorfman’s Dz (Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy)

  8. CASE 7 ANSWER Cx Cytology: NILM Squamous metaplasia, Cervicitis Cervical Biopsy: Carcinosarcoma (Malignant mixed mesodermal tumor)

  9. CASE 8 ANSWER FNA Dx: Salivary Gland neoplasm, cytologically benign, favor monomorphic adenoma Parotidectomy: Acinic Cell Carcinoma
