Introduction • Q: Do I have to do exams? • A: Yes! • TTHTI’s final assessments are a major part of assessments for most of the courses offered at this institution. • If you miss an exam due to illness, death etc. Please fill out an ‘ABSENCE FORM’ ( collect at Admission & Registration OR Student Services department) attached with a medical or supporting documents.

  3. Before the Exam • Your exam timetable • This is available on Moodle. To access this, go to tthti.edu.tt > E- learning > Enter your username and password > Older topics > Full-time/ Part-time timetable

  4. On the day of the exam • Before you leave home • Eat a healthy breakfast. • Leave yourself ample time to get to the exam venue. You need to be there by at least 8.45 a.m. for a 9 am exam. • If you are unsure of where to go on the day, please utilize the E-Boards located on the campus to verify the examination room number. • Don’t forget to bring: • Your writing materials ( Pen, pencils, erasers) NO Pencil cases are allowed in the examination room • Your student I.D card

In the exam room • Here are some important general tips on exam room conduct DO: • Switch off your mobile phone and any other electronic devices that have the potential to disturb others during the exam. • Follow ALL instructions given by the invigilators, including advice about where to place personal belongings. • Display your Student I.D card to the invigilator, sign and sit in a comfortable seat. • Follow the institution’s dress code. Any student with inappropriate will NOT be allowed to do their exam. DO NOT • Be late. Students will not be permitted to enter the exam room after 30 minutes. • Eat or drink in the exam room • Talk. If you need to speak to an invigilator, quietly raise your hand to get their attention • Copy/Cheat! • Walk with Sweater/Hoodies. Please indicate to the invigilator if you will like the room temperature adjusted.

  6. After the Exam • Relax and debrief with your friends • Move on
