  2. DDH • בעבר כונה CDH. • דיספלזיה- יצירה לא תקינה של מפרק הירך. מתרחש בטווח שבין החיים העובריים ועד לבגרות. • בד"כ בזמן הלידה המפרק אינו פרוק.

  3. גורמים • אידיופטי • Ligamentus laxity • Breech position

  4. אפידימיולוגיה • כ-1.5% מכלל הלידות • יחס בנות :בנים 1:9 !!! • 60% לידה ראשונה • סיפור משפחתי

  5. אבחנה • Barlow Test • Ortolany Test • אולטרסאונד • צילומי רנטגן • CT • צליעה • הבדל באורך גפיים • הגבלה בפיסוק

  6. טיפול • לידה ועד ששה חודשים • Pavlik Harness • מתיחה • ספייקה • ששה חודשים ועד 18 חודשים • רדוקציה סגורה/פתוחה בחדר ניתוח • ספייקה • מעקב CT • אחרי 18 חודש • ניתוחי!!

  7. סיבוכים • אוסטאוארטריטיס • כאב • צליעה • קיצור רגל

  8. מחלות ילדים אורטופדיות נוספות

  9. Perthes disease • הפרעה באספקת הדם לאפיפיזה של ראש עצם הירך. • כתוצאה מכך עובר ראש הירך תהליך של AVN • גורם לא ידוע • שכיח יותר בבנים. • סימנים רנטגניים ברורים ביותר המאפשרים לעקוב אחר התקדמות המחלה. • המחלה הינה self limited • טיפול שמרני ובמקרים קיצוניים ניתוחי
