  3. What is hybrid Training? • The concurrent training of different athletic disciplines that do not explicitly support one another, and whose disparate components are not essential to success at any one sport

  7. Exam • The final exam includes an online multiple choice test and a sample program design • There will be approximately 30-35 multiple choice questions and 2 attempts at program design
