  3. Policy Agenda • Focused on the set of laws, regulations, and administrative actions that add the greatest value to CIP investments and accelerate the achievement of growth and poverty reduction targets • Country-determined policy priority actions

  4. What is Institutional Architecture? IA is “the set of partner-country procedures and processes for data collection and analysis, consultation and dialogue, policy proposal, feedback, approval, implementation, and enforcement.” Objective: Develop predictable, transparent, inclusive, evidence-based policy formulation for accelerated policy improvement and implementation in support of poverty reduction and improved nutrition.

  5. Mutual Accountability • Focused on creating an environment where donors, governments, and involved stakeholders are all accountable to each other for development results
