  2. New Way of Ordering Price list Box Price Always order in box quantities (1 box of 10 x 1 Litre, 4 boxes of 5 Litres, 1 box of 25 Aerosols) Single cans may be ordered but will be charged at full UK list price

  3. Current Lead Time Standard lead time from receipt of order/payment Despatch within 2 weeks If stock available, orders received by Tuesday midday may be despatched the following week. Special pre blends may take two weeks to manufacture. Some items manufactured by HumiSealUSA may take up to 10 weeks to arrive in the UK. (2A64, 1B15, 1A27, 1063 gel, 1A33 & 1A27 aerosols, 1072) Order pallet-loads to ensure safe arrival.

  4. Improved Order Processing Order will be entered on Sage Order confirmation emailed to the customer If stock is available, material will be picked and order sent to warehouse for packing. Lead time reduced from 2 weeks to just a couple of days from receipt of order to despatch

  5. Hazardous Goods - Road & Sea Freight Are all goods “limited quantities” or do ADR regulations apply? Limited quantities 5 Litre, 1 Litre or aerosols No limit to quantities being sent New regulation from 2011, boxes must display white diamond, 10 x 10 cm, with centre left blank, replacing diamond shape showing UN number, and keep upright arrows.

  8. ADR Regulations apply for 25 or 200 Litre cans Goods must have a red diamond which shows the class No. and “Flammable” sign. UN number must be shown on the package plus “keep upright” arrows. If more than 333 Litres of ADR material on a truck, driver must be ADR hazard trained, carry a certificate and display orange plates on the truck.

Dangerous Goods Notes – ADR Regulations No “LTD QTY” in description Tunnel code to be shown (Restrictions in some tunnels for ADR goods) Booking Transport If booking transport ensure full details of hazard given Limited quantities ADR but under 333 Litres ADR – Ensure that your written instructions says: ‘Please ensure driver is ADR hazard trained & vehicle displays orange plates’

  10. SHIPPING BY AIR – Packing & Documentation / Labelling Hazardous materials require special packing for air freight. HumiSeal Europe DO NOT pack for airfreight. 1 & 5 Litre cans must be over-packed. 25 Litre containers do not need over-packing but do need special labelling. Packer / labeller must raise a dangerous goods note. 200 Litre drums of flammable material cannot be sent by airfreight.

  11. SHIPPING BY AIR – Which Aircraft ? / Shipping terms Passenger Aircraft – Only 5 Litres flammable material in each box Cargo Aircraft – 60 Litres in each box HumiSeal Europe prefer to quote Ex-Works Camberley for airfreight shipments.
