Dimensions of the project End State: e-Learning Network Based Security knowledge – citizens oriented • Content: • Knowledge about homeland security and insecurity, threats and risks, crises situations • Educate and train the human behavior before, during and after the crises by short courses and simulate the scenarios • Beneficiaries: • Romanian citizens (individuals and groups) • Formal and informal education and training institutions (civic education and behavior) • Social and security studies research institutions
