  2. Types and symptoms of sleep aponia Sleep apnea is a medical condition in which a person breathes shallowly or even stops breathing in sleep. The breathing stops or slows down for one or more short periods of time each night. In more severe cases, people can go more than a half an hour without breathing during sleep.

  3. To sleep properly and get the best night’s rest, we need to get some sleep. Sleep is that important ingredient in your life that is essential to your overall health. While sleep is an indispensable part of life, sleep aponia can make it a miserable part of your life. This is because when you have sleep apnea, you can wake up several times a night and it is difficult to get back to sleep.

  4. Sleeping disorders are classified into the following three types.

  5. Type-I sleep apnea: This is a condition in which the air pressure inside the trachea goes down, or air is not moving properly through the nose, mouth, and throat during sleep. The air pressure in the trachea is less than that of the atmosphere, and the breathing muscles stop working. This causes snoring.

  6. Type-II sleep apnea: This is a condition in which the respiratory passages become swollen. The air in the lungs is not moving properly, and hence the body continues to get oxygen less effectively. This causes sleepiness and snoring.

  7. Type-III sleep apnea: This is a condition in which there is obstruction of the oropharyngeal passages of the airway and the breathing passage is open. This results in snoring and sleepiness. This condition may be hereditary and may be an early sign of a future case of heart disease.

  8. Diagnosing sleep apnea Type-I sleep apnea can be diagnosed easily, as a physician examines the patient and can find signs of sleep disturbance by observing the nose and mouth. You will find that the signs and symptoms of sleep apnea don’t always show up immediately and often occur after someone is asleep for a while. Therefore, it is important to observe your habits and recognize whether you are exhibiting any of the signs and symptoms of sleep apnea. If you have any of these signs and symptoms, you can consult your doctor for a complete diagnosis.

  9. People who are diagnosed with sleep apnea often feel uncomfortable throughout the night and feel tired during the day. However, most people don’t recognize sleep apnea as a serious condition. Here is a list of common signs and symptoms of sleep apnea: In type-II sleep apnea, the respiratory rates are decreased during sleep and can be diagnosed by examining the patients’ heart and breathing patterns.

  10. The symptoms of type-II I sleep apnea are quite similar to those of type-II sleep apnea, but it is more difficult to diagnose as the breathing patterns change over time. Hence, a sleep test must be carried out, in which an airway pressure sensor is placed in the throat and measures the airflow throughout the respiratory tracts, and the resulting data is studied in detail.
