Enhancing Educational Outcomes: Region 8 Systemic Turnaround Team Services

Region 8 Education Service Center (ESC) implements a systemic approach to support districts and campuses requiring intervention. Key teams include the Systemic Turnaround Team (STAT), School Support Team (SST), AYP Assistance Team, Performance-Based Monitoring Team (PBM), and Data Validation Monitoring Team (DVM). Our mission is to build partnerships among stakeholders to cultivate Level 5 Leaders and prepare students for future challenges. We aim to promote a high-performing learning culture statewide. Region 8 STAT (Systemic Turnaround Team) • Region 8 ESC integrates a systemic approach to delivering services and support to districts and campuses in need of intervention and/or assistance: • SST-School Support Team • AYP Assistance Team(Federal Accountability) • PBM-Performance Based Monitoring Team • DVM-Data Validation Monitoring Team • TT-Turnaround Team (State Accountability) It is the mission of Region 8 Education Service Center to create a partnership among all stakeholders by providing quality services to cultivate Level 5 Leaders that will prepare students to cope with the challenges of the future. It is the vision of Region 8 Education Service Center to create a state-wide systemic culture to sustain a high performing learning community.
