The results: the new guidelines • Basic principles of the reusability of the data: • Dissemination of data & metadata without restriction and in electronic formats and open standards; • Use of standard legal instruments - by adopting licenses based on the Creative Commons licensing system • Re-use is free of charge and further distribution to third parts is possible • Policy on data re-use shared at regional level based on: • fair, appropriate and non discriminatory conditions • aimed at valorizing the information wealth by favoring exploitation
