  4. PLEASE NOTE… • This is a combined course for ADM 1100 and ADM 1300. • There are several differences in the deliverables. Please listen carefully!

  10. Evaluation for ADM 1300 Mid-term Examination (Oct. 21) = 25% Final Examination (TBA) = 35% Individual Case Study (Nov. 10) = 20% Seminar Group (DGD) = 20%

  11. Evaluation for ADM 1100 Mid-term Examination (Oct. 21) = 30% Final Examination (TBA) = 35% Individual Case Studies (Oct. 6 and Nov. 10) = 15% and 20%

  12. Exams Mid-term Examination Covers all material covered up to and including October 13, 2011 Final Examination Covers entire course 85% emphasis in material since Mid-term examination Multiple Choice and Essay Style Questions

  13. IndividualCase Study Reports Due at the beginning of class 3 weeks to do: Cases will be posted on Doc Depot Use proper Case analysis method Typed; proper format

  14. Weekly Seminar (DGD)– ADM 1300 only! • Start the week of September 18th • Attendance is mandatory • Conducted by Teaching Assistant

  15. Seminar Marks – ADM 1300 only Group Case #1 4 marks Group Case #2 6 marks Individual Case Analysis 10 marks Total 20 marks • Attendance is compulsory; if 3 or more are missed, 0/20 marks awarded.

  26. Key Factors When Preparing Are my assumptions reasonable? Do I really understand the problem? Have I looked at all viable alternatives? Is my decision realistic? Does it proceed in a logical fashion? Have I outlined reasonable methods as to how my solution can be implemented?
