Introducción • Consenso comunidad científica: la eficiencia energética es la estrategia más eficaz para reducir las emisiones de GEI y con ello combatir en cambio climático. • La mayoría de las emisiones de GEI vienen de los sectores difusos, compuesto, entre entre otros, por el residencial. • 2050: población de 9,6 millones
