  2. 图5-2 74HC377D引脚排列图 任务2 学会使用锁存器74HC377D 在SD701单片机技能大赛培训箱的数码管显示模块电路中,使用了74HC377D芯片。为了掌握数码管显示模块电路的工作原理,我们有必要先了解一下74HC377D芯片。 74HC377D为八位D型触发器芯片,其引脚排列如图5-2所示。D0~D7为D型触发器的输入端,Q0~Q7为D型触发器的输出端;CLK为D型触发器的锁存信号输入端,上升沿有效;为芯片74HC377D的片选信号,低电平有效。

  3. 表5-1 74HC377D真值表 74HC377D芯片的真值表如表5-1所示。在控制端口为低电平时,选中74HC377D锁存器,在CLK的上升沿将输入信号Dn锁入芯片中,由Qn输出;在控制端口为高电平时,电路处于高阻态,输出端口Qn值保持不变,不受输入信号影响。
