  2. 由废铝制备明矾 1. 准确称取0.5~0.6 g于100 ml烧杯中,加入20 ml 1.4 M KOH,加热搅拌20min,反应完毕。 2. 常压过滤,弃去滤渣,滤液盛入100 ml 烧杯。 3. 加入10.0 ml 9 M H2SO4,快速搅拌,防止Al(OH)3沉淀生成。 4. 将烧杯放入冰水浴中,冷却至6 ℃以下,晶体析出。 5. 抽滤,将晶体抽干,用无水乙醇洗涤一次,抽干,产品晾干称重,计算产率。滤液用NaHCO3中和后弃去。 加热反应时间不宜过长,否则水分挥发太多,溶液浓度太大,过滤过程中即有晶体析出,阻碍过滤,如水分挥发太多,可适当补加几 ml水。 加热反应时温度应设置较高,温度太低,反应太慢。
