NP-9β3 clones: expression of β3 and cell morphology. A. Different clones for NP-9β3 transfected cells were grown in complete medium. After 24 hours, 40 g of total protein extracts were immunoblotted using antibody against β3: β3(AP3). wt: parental, mock: mock-transfected and β3: β3-transfected. B. Cells were seeded on glass coverslips, fixed, permeabilized and stained for: αvβ3 integrin (FITC) and F-actin (TR). All samples were analyzed using confocal microscopy. Bars, 20 m. 45
