  2. My Profile • My name is Aneta Chu Yen Nhi. I am thirteen years old. I am from Vietnam, but I live in Frýdek-Místek. I am student 7.A class.

  3. Our restaurant • My family has got a restaurant in the square in Frýdek-Místek. We prepare typical Asia´s food with oriental spice there.

  4. Favorite food • The Czech people the most like Scalloped Noodles with special sauce. Our food is very taste but it is a little unhealthy. I often help in our restaurant.

  5. Menu Tea or milk, rolls bread with butter. Breakfast Rice with vegetables and tea. Snack Fruit, biscuit. Fruit. Lunch Soap, dumblings, pork, cabbage, chicken and rice, fried cheese and potatoes or chips. Rice with vegetables and chicken or potato sauce. Snack Fruit, chips and tea. Roll, tea, fruit. Dinner Rice with vegetables or seafood. Bread, sausage, cheese, salami and tea.

  6. My opinion • I compare Czech and Vietnam menu. There is a big difference. Czech menu is more various. Vietnam´s cuisine uses rice three times every day. Our family prefers Vietnam food, but I like dumblings, spaghetti and Czech sauce.
