We knew premium brands was the way forward, but didn’t realise how successful the right brands could be.” June 2014 • Tom Marron, ADM London • HMS President, Blackfriars • Peroni & Kozel replaced Stella A & Becks V as draught offering • Kozel replaced Becks Vier and Peroni replaced Stella A with a price increase of 60p & 80p respectively, in line with market average price comparisons • Over 12 months HMS President earned an additional £21,633 cash margin from their draught changes • Peroni alone contributes more cash margin as Stella and Becks together over comparative 12 months
