BZS1 Overexpression Induces Light and Brassinosteroid-like Transcriptomic Alterations

This study compares the transcriptomic changes induced by BZS1 overexpression with those resulting from light treatment and Brassinosteroid (BR) deficiency. Venn diagrams illustrate the differential gene expression in BZS1-overexpressing plants compared to the wild type, genes affected in the bri1-116 mutant, and genes influenced by light treatments. The overlapping areas show co-regulated genes shared among these conditions.
