SIMPLer Features Update: CRM, Billing, End User Portal, Network Plans

This update includes enhancements to CRM features such as customer grouping, marketing code definitions, and enhanced customer side-bar information. It also includes improvements to billing features like package upgrades, transaction logs, and invoice generation. The end user portal now has a usage pie chart, data purchase email notifications, and customizable account information display. Lastly, there are updates to network plans and maintenance management.

  7. CRM: SAND Status The SAND status is now available on the subscriber record, helping CSRs have a deeper understanding of the customer status when they phone for support.   9. CRM: Master/Sub Accounts Enhanced ability to link accounts together, and capability of billing a number of accounts through a primary account. The master account can also switch off the subs, and access the EUP for each of its accounts.

  10. CRM: Manage Maintenance The maintenance section of SIMPLer has been enhanced to simplify day to day management of maintenance tasks. Improvements to display on maintenance home page, enhanced search options and history logging.

  11. CRM: Mapping Maintenance Maintenance tickets can now be plotted on the SIMPLer map:

  16. Billing: Transaction Log A log showing all transactions processed via relevant payment gateway (e.gRealex) Log can also be viewed per subscriber.

  17. Billing: Generate Invoices A button has been added to the subscriber record for your convenience. It will direct you to the invoice generation page for this customer.

  18. Billing: Subscription Priority Subscriptions will appear on an invoice sorted by description. If you wish to order them use the “sort priority” buttons. 1 is highest. 10 is lowest.

  19. Billing: Product Archive Products can now be archived. They will no longer appear on the main products page. They will also be archived from the drop-down menu when adding new subscriptions.

  20. PART III: End User Portal - Agenda Usage Pie Chart Data Purchase Email Account Information Display EUP Receipts Payment Transaction Log

  21. EUP: Usage Pie Chart The ability to show a usage chart showing how much of a customers data is remaining versus how much is used. Used data shows in RED. Remaining data shows in BLUE.

  25. EUP: Payment Transaction Log End Users can now check their detailed payment transaction log to review any issues with failed payments. A reason will be given, e.g “insufficient funds”, “expired card”. The End User can update their card and try again.

  30. Network: Tower Coverage SIMPLer has integrated with Towercoverage, to make it possible to add customers to SIMPLer through http://www.towercoverage.com accounts.   31. Network: Product to Bucket Buckets can now be linked with products. In a RADIUS environment groups are linked to buckets. Once a subscription is added to a customer account, a bucket would automatically be assigned.

  33. Network: Usage Exemption It is now possible to set a “blackout” period on a certain product.
