  1. Breast Reconstruction Surgery

  2. Breast reconstruction is a surgery, suitable for the women who have had a part or the whole breast removed. It rebuilds the breast and heap up into a rounded pile to make it look equal to the other breast.

  3. Who can be offered Breast Reconstruction? Breast reconstruction surgery either suits the patients, who have undergone mastectomy surgery or the patients who have received less than ideal breast surgery and want to reconstruct new or better breasts.

  4. What are the options for Breast Reconstruction? The breast can be reconstructed with both autologous (the patient’s own tissue) or with an implant. However, there are several stages to finally get to the reconstruction. For instance: an implant or free flap reconstruction and tissue expander insertion followed by 3 months later an implant.
