  2. What can we contribute to GHN? • New eLearning course • Tools/other resources • Shared experiences (incl. mentoring)

What do we know? • Theory - Is any theory (more) relevant (than another for trials)? • Process Map – guidance on what needs to be considered, links to resources etc. • Project-management software/Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) – plug in your own details • Home-grown methods – developed from various guidance documents, websites, training courses, meetings, word of mouth, trial and error • Integration of tools into SOPs to clarify who, what, where, when etc. • ICH GCP Section 8 for essential documents

  4. What do we need? • eLearning course • Resources/supporting info • Needs vary depending on complexity of trial, PM scope, no. of participants etc. (e.g. manual vs. programmed calendar/scheduling)
