S1 – Current Project(s): • Rocket Battalion – Awards Distribution: This task will be completed no later than 28 NOV 2013. The previously outlined course of action was discarded due to simple time constraints. • Updated MSL Rosters: Starting on 25 NOV 2013, I will begin working on the tentative MSL attendance rosters for the Spring 2014 academic term.

T-1 Assessment • Planning: • Issue:We were originally given such a short notice (one month) of the possibility of competing in the Norwegian Foot March. • Discussion:Due to such a short suspense, our training time was severely reduced, which hindered us from reaching our full potential in securing a record time for completing 18.6 miles. • Recommendation:We will begin planning in January, and begin training early next year in order to bring multiple teams to participate and achieve better results in November (2014). • Preparation: • Issue:While we were prepared to complete the 18.6 mile distance in 4:09 (twenty-one minutes under the standard of 4:30), our time could have been drastically reduced if we trained well ahead of time. • Discussion:Our training capacity was reduced due to such a short suspense, which slowed down our completion time as a result. • Recommendation:I recommend that we begin training well ahead of time—at least three months before the actual event next November.
