  2. Purpose This presentation provides, a general checklist, as a guideline, to assist in the preparation of a Property Management System Analysis (PMSA) and to explain the pre-requisites and the components of the process based on my current knowledge and personal experiences. This checklist describes the mechanisms that can be applied across all PMSAs in accordance with the FAR requirements, the compliance of Government contracts and company’s policies and procedures. For instance: • How would you determine risks and prepare yourself for a positive outcome in the analysis? • How would you collaborate with other departments and help them understand the risks, values and importance of the analysis to the company? • What are the challenges you would face to effectively communicate to these departments and engage them as part of the analysis process? 06/14/2011
