Topics • Lookingat the followingtables: Deliverablesresponsibilityconfirmation, status and delivery date; definition of an internalreviewer for eachdeliverable • Specifictopics: • D8.4(M12) and D8.6(M24): there is the risk that they be delivered at the same time!! It doesn’t make sense. Roberto suggested to deliver D8.6 only. I'm not sure that we could deliver just one document instead of two. Could D8.4 be delivered by the middle of July, also in a preliminary stage? • D1.6(M15) the copy uploaded on Wikiis a pSHIELDdocument. Thereisnot a nSHIELDversion. Suggestions on how to managethisdeliverableare welcome • D7.1-D7.2-D7.3 (M22) A common «Table of contests» (partiallyderived from the D7.1 draft)will be proposed by SES by Friday 28th and thenuploaded on Wiki. The same format could be used for the feasibilitystudy. • D2.6 TECNALIA (WP2 leader) denied the responsibility for thisdeliverable. Looking for the owner • Technical Annex: • the description of T7.4 to be included in the TA isnowurgent. TA cannot be correctlyupdated and thenuploaded on Wiki • Wiki • Severaldescription/responsibilityhavenotbeenupdated (i.e. D2.6 is under THYIA responsibility on Wiki, although the leadership of WP2 has been already taken by TECNALIA).

  4. Open Issues 16 open items identified by the review panel: 14 are supposed to be closed by the 2nd review meeting (October 2013). For each open item a responsible, a corrective action and a preliminary due date for this action have been defined. The items are listed in the following Excel file (already sent to the partners for comments by Andrea Fiaschetti) SHIELD_Open_Issues_firstreview meeting.xls
