Unions and Paramedics • Ambulance Services Collective Bargaining Act • Essential ambulance services agreement required:  An employer and a trade union who are bound by a collective agreement or who are negotiating a first collective agreement shall negotiate an essential ambulance services agreement. 2001, c. 10, s. 3 (1).   8. Unions and Paramedics Sample Language: During this work stoppage, twenty (20) PCPs and two (2) ACPs will be required to continue working to provide essential services for the Service. These twenty-two (22) Paramedics will be called in based on their placement on the Seniority List, with the most senior called in first. Unions and Paramedicine
