  1. Anti Harassment Training And Its Importance for Employees Some laws are formed as a result of certain human actions that have caused substantial agony to the victims. Human resources and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, too, fall in this category. These regulations cover discrimination and associated topics such as harassment, bullying and victimization in a workplace and are designed to prevent any discrimination, whatsoever. The employers at any firm are subject to both Federal and State EEO legislation and depending upon the size of the firm, they are supposed to form a relevant body that works to ensure that these regulations are upheld and it looks into any matters of discrimination or unprofessional behavior when reported.
